Dosya ekranındaki Kılavuz sıradaki adımı gösterir ama cevabı söylemez. Gerçekten takıldıysan İpucu keselerini açabilirsin; her kese puan düşürür. Vaka kapandığında Çözümü oku ile tam çözümü görürsün.

Kulüp üyeliğim görünmüyor

Kulüp ekranında Geri yükle'ye dokun. Satın alma aynı Apple ID / Google hesabıyla yapılmış olmalı.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

iPhone: Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler → Baker Street. Android: Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.

Hesabımı nasıl silerim?

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil. Hesabın hemen kapanır; adın, rozet numaran ve kimlik fotoğrafın 30 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir. Oyun sonuçların seninle ilişkilendirilemeyen anonim kayıtlar olarak kalır. Silinen hesap geri açılamaz; aynı hesapla yeniden girersen yeni ve boş bir hesap oluşur. Aboneliğini önce mağazadan iptal etmeyi unutma. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan bize yaz.

Telefonumu değiştirdim, ilerlemem nerede?

Hesabını Apple, Google ya da e-posta ile bağladıysan yeni telefonda aynı yöntemle giriş yap; rütben ve sicilin geri gelir. Hesap bağlamadıysan ilerleme eski telefonda kalır ve taşınamaz. Kulüp üyeliğin her durumda Geri yükle ile geri gelir.

Bir oyuncuyu nasıl bildiririm ya da engellerim?

Lobide oyuncuya uzun bas. Oyun sırasında sol kenardaki ekip avatarlarına dokun, açılan Ekip panelinde oyuncunun yanındaki ••• düğmesine bas. Menüden Fotoğrafı bildir, Adı bildir ya da Oyuncuyu engelle'yi seç.

Engellediğin oyuncunun fotoğrafını ve adını görmezsin; birbirinizin bulunduğu odalara giremezsiniz. Engeli Ayarlar → Engellenen oyuncular → Engeli kaldır ile kaldırabilirsin. Bildirme ve engelleme çevrim içi odalarda çalışır.

Bir hata buldum

Telefon modelini, vaka numarasını ve ne olduğunu [email protected] adresine yaz; ekran görüntüsü çok yardımcı olur.

Can I play alone?

Yes. Pick a case in the archive and tap Play solo. To play as a team, tap Set up team room and share the room code; friends join with Join with code.

I'm stuck. Where is the answer?

The Guide on the file screen shows the next step without giving the answer. If you are really stuck, open a Hint bag; each costs points. Once the case is closed, Read solution shows the full answer.

My Club membership doesn't show

On the Club screen, tap Restore. The purchase must have been made with the same Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Baker Street. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete my account and data. Your account closes at once; your name, badge number and ID photo are erased for good 30 days later. Your game results stay as anonymous records that can no longer be linked to you. A deleted account can't be restored; signing in again with the same account starts a new, empty one. Cancel your subscription in the store first. If you can't open the app, email us.

I changed phones. Where is my progress?

If you linked Apple, Google or email, sign in the same way on the new phone and your rank and record come back. Without a linked account, progress stays on the old phone and can't be moved. Club membership always comes back with Restore.

How do I report or block a player?

In the lobby, long-press the player. During a game, tap the team avatars on the left edge, then ••• next to the player in the Team panel. Choose Report photo, Report name or Block player.

You won't see a blocked player's photo or name, and neither of you can join a room the other is in. To undo it: Settings → Blocked players → Unblock. Reporting and blocking work in online rooms.

I found a bug

Email [email protected] with your phone model, the case number and what happened; a screenshot helps a lot.
