1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu koşullar, Baker Street mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanman hakkında seninle play221b.com ("biz") arasındaki anlaşmadır. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kişisel verilerin Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işlenir.

2. Oyun ve hesabın

• Baker Street tek başına ya da ekiple oynanan bir dedektif oyunudur. Hesabın anonim başlar ve cihazına bağlıdır. Apple, Google ya da e-posta ile hesap bağlamazsan, uygulamayı silmen ya da cihaz değiştirmen halinde ilerlemen kaybolur.
• 13 yaşından büyük olmalısın; 18 yaşından küçüksen veli izniyle kullanmalısın.
• Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil ile silebilirsin.

3. Kurallar

Dedektif adında ve takım odasına yazdığın notlarda; hakaret, nefret söylemi, taciz, başkasının kişisel bilgisi ya da yasa dışı içerik kullanamazsın. Uygulamayı bozmaya, hile yapmaya, başkalarının hesaplarına ya da sunucularımıza yetkisiz erişmeye çalışamazsın. Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları uyarmadan kısıtlayabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

Kimlik fotoğrafı, dedektif adı ve notlarda uygunsuz, müstehcen, nefret içeren ya da başkasına ait/izinsiz içerik kullanamazsın. Bu konuda sıfır toleransımız var: bildirilen içerik incelenir, uygun bulunmazsa kaldırılır ve hesap kapatılabilir. Rahatsız eden bir oyuncuyu bildirebilir ya da engelleyebilirsin (lobide oyuncuya uzun bas ya da oyunda Ekip panelini aç).

4. 221B Kulübü (abonelik)

• Kulüp üyeliği tüm arşivi açar. Aylık ve yıllık planlar vardır; güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada, ülkenin para biriminde gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında App Store / Google Play hesabından alınır.
• Abonelik otomatik yenilenir; dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen bir sonraki dönem ücreti aynı hesaptan alınır.
• Aboneliğini cihazındaki App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür; kullanılmayan deneme süresi satın alma yapıldığında sona erer.
• İade talepleri Apple ya da Google'ın kendi politikalarına göre değerlendirilir; 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'dan doğan hakların saklıdır.
• Örnek vaka ve her ayın ücretsiz vakası üyelik olmadan oynanabilir. Ekip odasına katılmak için üyelik gerekmez.

5. İçerik

Vakalar, karakterler, metinler, görseller ve sesler bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir ve yalnızca Uygulama içinde kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanımın için lisanslanır. Bazı vakalar gerçek olaylardan ilham alır, ancak kişiler, yerler ve ayrıntılar kurgudur ve gerçek kişiler hakkında olgu iddiası taşımaz. Paylaşım kartlarını kendi sosyal medya hesaplarında paylaşabilirsin.

6. Hizmetin sürekliliği

Uygulamayı geliştirmek için vakaları, özellikleri ve fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. İnternet bağlantısı gerekir (örnek vaka hariç). Hizmeti kesintisiz ve hatasız sunacağımızı garanti etmeyiz; bakım ya da arıza nedeniyle zaman zaman erişilemeyebilir.

7. Sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlamalar, tüketici olarak yasadan doğan haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.

8. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada ya da bu sayfada duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Uygulamayı silerek ya da hesabını silerek anlaşmayı istediğin zaman sona erdirebilirsin.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and play221b.com ("we") about your use of the Baker Street mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept them. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The game and your account

• Baker Street is a detective game played alone or as a team. Your account starts anonymous and tied to your device. Unless you link Apple, Google or email, your progress is lost if you delete the app or change devices.
• You must be at least 13; if you are under 18, use the App with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete my account and data.

3. Rules

Your detective name and the notes you write in team rooms must not contain insults, hate speech, harassment, other people's personal information or unlawful content. Do not try to break or cheat the App, or gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our servers. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules without notice.

Your ID photo, detective name and notes must not contain inappropriate, sexual or hateful content, or content that belongs to someone else or is used without permission. We have zero tolerance for this: reported content is reviewed, removed if it breaks these rules, and the account may be closed. You can report or block a player who bothers you (long-press them in the lobby, or open the Team panel during a game).

4. 221B Club (subscription)

• Club membership unlocks the whole archive. There are monthly and yearly plans; current prices are shown in the App, in your local currency, before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the next period is then charged to the same account.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends; any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• The sample case and each month's free case can be played without membership. Joining a team room never needs membership.

5. Content

Cases, characters, texts, images and audio belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use within the App. Some cases are inspired by real events, but their people, places and details are fictional and make no factual claims about real persons. You may post share cards on your own social media.

6. Availability

We may change cases, features and prices to improve the App. An internet connection is required (except for the sample case). We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; it may at times be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults.

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the App or your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence and the protection of its mandatory laws.
